Cultivate Access

Through intentional mentoring, personal development, and enhanced career awareness, youth will envision themselves working in specific STEM-related careers in agriculture and will more likely pursue STEM-related majors in post-secondary educational institutions. The project is multi-dimensional: exposing high school students to possible future careers using mentors (undergraduate students and faculty) and a variety of activities to engage youth. MERC provides evaluation services and data collection for this project for the PI, Dr. Jenny Keshwani.
