QIC-AG is a five-year project funded through Children’s Bureau that focuses on stable permanency for children in foster care. The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska is one of eight partner sites (and the only tribal awardee), and they are culturally adapting Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) to best serve the needs of their community. FGDM gives participating families greater control over what happens to their children in care or those at risk. This project is scheduled to end in 2019.
The MERC evaluators are the local University Partner, providing support to the national evaluation team at the University of Texas at Austin.
