Francine is an Evaluation Project Manager at MERC. She received her M.A. in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Communication from Fontbonne University. Francine is passionate about drawing insight from data and making findings accessible to people.
